These policies apply to all training programs, including Nano Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Trainings, and Combo Courses. By enrolling, the student agrees to all terms listed below.

1. Payments & Refunds
Deposits ($200–$500, depending on the course) are non-refundable.
All tuition is non-refundable once class begins.
No refunds for missed days or incomplete training.

2. Photo & Video Consent

By enrolling, students agree to photo and video use for marketing and education. If you don’t wish to be included, please let us know before enrolling.

3. Rescheduling & Attendance
Rescheduling requires 3–7 days’ notice and written approval.
No-shows or late cancellations forfeit all payments.

4. Kits, Tools & Equipment
Kits and tools are non-returnable once opened or used.
The Academy may adjust, remove, or replace kit items based on availability or what best supports the curriculum.

5. Curriculum & Format
Training is delivered through live demonstration, verbal instruction, visual aids, hands-on practice, and a training manual.
Curriculum may be adjusted at any time based on student progress or training needs.

6. Digital Products
All digital products are 100% non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Certificate & Licensing
Certificates are not state licenses.
Students are responsible for verifying local licensing laws.

8. Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks for delivered services or products are considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full documentation.
